1st 15 minutes -- housekeeping, info on the classes/info on how to order the book, info on certification, info on NDA (nondisclosure agreement etc)


2nd 15 minutes for class introductions in the first class

Then: 30 minutes = how to use a section of THE VISION BOARD book to a) help brand yourself b) teach/share it with your classes and c) get certified -- in order to be certified,

Then 20 minutes on = personal branding, promotion and income generation using THE VISION BOARD products and your own products and services.
TOPIC FOR WEEK #1 will be your ELEVATOR/Introduction pitch -- I have a video I will provide you in the followup post that you can see. I will talk about the importance of your 'elevator pitch' and explain what that is. Remember everything is being recorded BUT it will not be transcribed. Later in weeks 3 & 4 I will be sending out the accompanying class workbook but right now I want to get a feel for the tone of the class group and want to do that personally via phone .

And 10 minutes explaining your homework for the week -- there will be suggested reading, suggested exercise or project for each week! Your homework will be to 'write out and if possible record' your own elevator pitch! I will provide links to numerous resources and videos for you to refer to.
Each person gets one question MAX at the end of the call before the 90 minutes ends. Think of a bell ringing at 90 minutes -- the call will END at that time.
OFFICE HOURS will always start on Weds (following the week's classes) I prefer if you frame any questions you ask during your 1/2 hour directly to the immediate workweek on hand. Remember this is NOT general coaching nor is it life coaching. We will be getting into your products and list of products etc in the next 2-3 weeks-- just be patient. Remember I have launched hundreds of products and companies and these intro segments ARE CRUCIAL

Hi visioneers (class #1) I am going to use this blog as a resource for information for the class. IT IS A CLOSED BLOG -- only you 8 are listed as readers. I'm trusting this will work. Until I'm sure I won't put anything confidential on this blog.

OFFICIAL CLASS TIMES CERTIFIED VISION BOARD COUNSELOR CLASSES -- first classes will be via conference call.
So the class sections will be called A1 = Friday @ 7 pm Eastern time
A2 Saturdays at 4 pm Eastern Time
A3 Tuesday at 3:30 pm Eastern time

Each class will be held 3 times a week ( I will only do this for the first students --you are special. The second group of people for certification will have to come at 1 time on one day/evening per week and/or take the class via online and or take the recorded call. So YOU ARE VERY SPECIAL = you are the A CLASS!

Meanwhile, I will continue to find a system right now that combines all that I want a) conference calls (via phone so students can participate without microphones on their computers b) white board so I can literally right on a board with my computer LIVE c) present materials ie powerpoints d) locker so I can store all materials e) chat --typing chat.


READ PRIOR TO CLASS:

Classes are 90 minutes long NINETY
You can attend one or all three classes a week-- they will vary slightly but will discuss the same topics.

Class structure is as follows:

First 15 minutes = Housekeeping/update as to what is happening with The Vision Board Book /vision boards in general and any other relevant information.

Then: 15 minutes for class interaction/feedback/questions on last week's work and of course introductions in the first class

Then: 30 minutes = how to use a section of THE VISION BOARD book to a) help brand yourself b) teach/share it with your classes and c) get certified -- in order to be certified, I have to have some uniformity and be able to ask some questions for certification and the project and the book is the reference tool for that. SO if you do NOT have the book order it IMMEDIATELY from Amazon.com -- it is down to $13.99 and I can't beat that price myself right now.
(you will know in advance each week which section will be discussed -- that will be on the course curriculum).

Then 20 minutes on = personal branding, promotion and income generation using THE VISION BOARD products and your own products and services. Different topics (as per the agenda you saw originally will be discussed each week.

And 10 minutes explaining your work for the week -- there will be suggested reading, suggested exercise or project for each week!

Still to be worked out the 1/2 hour per week. I believe what I will do is have two separate times for office hours for the week and you'll have to sign up each week for an office time (via phone) with me. At that time we review
a) Your progress b) Your goals/vision statement for the class c) Your projects for the class and d) your own products THERE ARE NO CALLS DURING THE WEEK about the class -- think of this as a college professor you either see him/her via office hours . All messages to the 'professor' will be via the central message board. UNLESS there is an emergency and all project submission and/or other things you want to show the professor must be done via your private office time with the professor.

I cannot accept emails with artwork and life questions and class questions every moment of the day. And though I appreciate your sending me samples of artwork or writing etc. That MUST BE REVIEWED only during your one to one time. OR ELSE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO BUY additional coaching time.
